Heart
by: Dennis

Tommy, you are a baller:

Great plays on the ball, good breaks, and you put your shoulders in there and make tackles.

You play with heart. I see why you were team defensive player of the year.

4 Stars

Here's my advice for all guys with great football skills: Increase your strength and athleticism.

You're a smaller DB, so you need to be stronger and faster. Start by putting on some muscle, and then working on your strength, especially your lower body strength. Also work on your speed. This means sprint technique drills and sprints at least twice per week.

Continue to work a little on your DB drills and technique, but for now, put more emphasis on your muscle mass, strength and speed.

And if you have ANY questions, don't hesitate to ask
